Five coatings of FRP, PP, resins, and special paints are used to protect the agitators from the corrosion caused by the products contained in the reactor-digesters. The combination of various products can corrode and damage the agitators. Hence, the importance of coating, like a second skin that extends the life of the agitators thanks to the chemical barrier it provides.
